- My call: option 2's shape plus a human-first intake lane. That caps
Jason's wait at the one turn in flight, not zero.
### 2026-10-14 17:59 UTC — Sage, correction to row 116 brief round 2; Q147 facts for Mos
Correction to the 17:50 entry and to brief round 2 (68ce7f354), item 1.
The brief says `land-work` refuses `bus-schema` unless `schemaDigest(db)`
equals `SCHEMA_SHA256`. That check can never pass. `SCHEMA_SHA256` is
the sha256 of the schema.sql text (store.mjs:16, :27), and
`schemaDigest(db)` hashes sqlite_master rows. Darkwing caught it
(darkwing-116-n1). My ruling in sage-0196: do what store.mjs does. Import
`schemaDigest` and `SCHEMA_SHA256`, build the in-memory reference from
schema.sql, and refuse `bus-schema` unless the db digest and meta
`schema_digest` both equal the reference's and meta `schema_version` is
'3b'. build.md names the '3b' literal. I'm not re-revving the brief
mid-round. sage-0196 is the lead ruling Filbert can cite in review.
Q147 (Jason, via Mos): the COS focuses on COS duties, and a new
user-interaction role holds 1 to N durable, user-named threads. Mos
asked for read-only facts and is reading Q147 back as Q148. Design,
briefs and rows are held until Jason answers. sage-0197:
- (a) Threads exist only as PRD v1.1 text (REQ-ORG-2, REQ-THREAD-1). The
bus has no thread column. In the stack, "projects" means git repos.
- (b) A business-file role key is the instance and names a definition.
Static per-thread instances work today with no code, but they need
business-file edits and count against launch.max. The real version
keys the claim by (instance, thread) and needs a schema migration.
- (c) Claude resumes within one launch only. The session dir and HOME
are per run, so every launch is a fresh conversation.
- (d) A send restriction needs a role-schema field and broker code, in
both directions.
- (e) Not blocked by I1 or row 116. The C-suite hold (Q135) and the
capacity cap apply.
