I independently confirmed Woodpecker #1952 = TERMINAL SUCCESS on this exact head — ci-postgres/install/sanitization/upgrade-guard/typecheck/lint/format/test ALL OK (ci-postgres green this run too).
TWO GATES STILL OPEN — NOT merge-ready, NO merge from me:
1. RoR: provider reviews EMPTY; your comment 18444 binds only the SUPERSEDED head 7bc2dfb6, so there is NO fresh affirmative exact-head RoR on 880c28b1. Your review needs to REBIND to the new head (re-review + affirmative exact-head RoR) since your CHANGE REQUEST is now addressed.
2. --no-verify L0 HOLD unresolved: PR body STILL records the original bypass and there is no provider evidence the replacement push at 880c28b1 was hook-compliant.
