+Before (74e6be70): no bus read reported credential state; the Console showed none.

+After (1771bf98): Filbert's round 2, rebased on bbd22f1b after rows 74 and 58. The `credentials` read returns service, account, role, date kind, date and state to human and reader sessions, never a token, path or variable name; the Console shows it. Approved by Dewey (27558) and Darkwing (27575) on manifest 13541657, no drift on its paths from the gate to the landing. Sage's gate rerun 00:15:52Z to 00:20:51Z: bus 88, webui 62, cli 113, control-board 124, the nine `scripts/test-*.sh` 0 failed (test-task 98 with Docker). Row 60 done at rev 588 (80640cb5), #1549 closed. Lead decision 98 covers the preview serving this read. Row 59 re-rounds next on 1771bf98's line (rev 571).
