One blocker remains: --agent JSON silently accepts unknown authority-bearing keys such as command, channel, and secretRef with exit 0 instead of failing closed. Same sole owner coder1 has bounded red-first unknown-key/prototype/nested-field remediation. No PR, duplicate owner, merge, or live action; all M3/site/canary/deploy/migration/remote holds remain.
