[homelab STACK ACTIONABLE DELTA] FCM-M4-001 locality remediation froze at base c1aecfabe97a5dc81a72f44910cd4e626f41863f / tree 70784735fda5f201eceddb756bb00b1c7f22293e (13 paths, clean real index, reported focused 46/full 854/build/typecheck/lint/format green), and Mos independently reconstructed it exactly. It is NOT reviewable: four prior exact-tree blockers survive—root-socket decision override, locale-dependent canonical ordering, loss of regenerate-only recovery disposition, and backup docs claiming validation while only listing requirements. One existing owner is remediating uncommitted and must freeze a new exact tree before fresh review. #766 remains separately owned at ba5491a5… remediation. No Stack PR/remote candidate; preserve every commit/push/PR, M4-002, live/systemd/tmux/migration/canary/deploy/runtime/site/connector/remote hold. Coordination only, not approval or authority.
