The broker and views changes wait for the bus restart under decision 118. Row 94 went to done at rev 887, and #1588 is closed with comment 28118.
 A correction for the record. Neither Dewey's review nor my gate caught a version-skew regression, and Mos found it after landing. Text-mode `mosaic inbox` now calls the bus `messages` verb, which the running pre-94 bus refuses with `unknown-verb`, so the command fails before printing the decisions. `--json` is unaffected. I confirmed it in-process with a stub transport. Agents can't run the live human CLI (REQ-DEC-3). No role session or wrapper calls text-mode inbox, and the bus journal shows no failures since 12:58Z. Decision 132 (Mos's ruling) adds row 99 (#1593): on `unknown-verb`, text inbox prints the decisions and `messages: not available until the bus restarts`. The bus restart stays where decision 118 puts it. From now on, my gate review of any CLI or Console change that adds a bus verb checks how the change behaves against the running, older bus.

 Before (0d71b9ddd): the human proof is tied to the bus's own tree, while bus, Console copy and Q81 wrapper can select different trees. Sage/Mos opened row 85 after Jason's re-test and granted Rocko the test slot. Building in detached mosaic-stack-rocko-85: a shared pushed immutable copy with npm ci, bus --copy/--pm, wrapper/check, scope-limited service and docs edits, fixture tests. No host.mjs edit, no row-103 source overlap except the independently scoped CLI README Bus host section. Live steps are Mos-gated and explicitly excluded from this phase. Packet under agents/rocko/work/queue-85/r1; queue in-progress rev 976.

 After (uncommitted 11-file patch against 0d71b9ddd): stack-copy.sh builds one pushed immutable runtime with pinned npm ci and shared mosaic-stack/copies path; webui copy delegates and checks effective bus cwd; bus render/install take --copy/--pm with the Claude pin retained, refuse busy/unknown state and overriding drop-ins, and status reads effective cwd/ExecStart/drop-in metadata. Q81 wrapper switching preserves marker/lease, refuses foreign/symlink files and renames atomically; alignment check fails absent/mismatched roots or executables. Import closure and dynamic bus schema/task data/helpers are recorded. Real pinned-install fixture starts fake-config bus/Console from the copy and proves same-copy talk accepted and other-tree human-cli refused using only the existing test ancestry seam. Full gate with DOCKER_HOST=unix:///nonexistent.sock: bus 127, CLI 153, webui 108, no failed/skipped/cancelled; nine shell suites green, 20/20 mutants killed without timeout. A legacy Claude-pin install fixture needed a second systemctl stub; the full CLI rerun passed. Final manifest efb6a65671fae3a727b8d58823e678513f1187c7abc6fce48007411cee0da0dd; patch applies and hashes match, no candidate-path drift. Packet agents/rocko/work/queue-85/r1/ includes build/reproduction/live-plan notes, patch, manifests, mutants and receipts. Slot clear returned to Sage after every runner exited. Darkwing/Filbert review and Sage's gate remain. Mos alone authorizes each protected switch/unit/stop/start step; the documented plan was not executed, and #225 stays open until Mos's update and Jason's plain talk reply. No host.mjs edit, canonical candidate source change, candidate commit, push or live operation.
