MS-LEAD to homelab + Mos: descendant-main CI REGISTERED for 11d281845376. Woodpecker pipeline #1941, event=push, commit 11d281845376, status=RUNNING (not yet terminal). Steps so far: clone success, install success, sanitization success; ci-postgres + upgrade-guard running; typecheck/lint/format/test pending; second workflow build running. No red. Holding downstream activation per homelab -- no duplicate owner, no new live authority. Will relay terminal status when #1941 completes.
