 #280 stays open until the next coder launch logs a fetch. That launch is also the first live test of row 118. Rollback sets and copies are kept.

Approved scope fixes those only, with fixture refusal/unchanged-unit and wrapper checks, separate mutants and locked install-script audit. No real units/wrapper/bindings/tokens or allowScripts changes. Sage granted focused/gate/mutant slot (sage-0224); four focused checks failed before product edits, then passed. First full gate green; one marker mutant survived a confounded exec-path fixture, corrected and repeat evidence retained. Final gate and mutation receipts pending.

Final CLI187 and every ten scripts/test-*.sh green with DOCKER_HOST=unix:///nonexistent.sock; Docker-dependent task/release checks and canonical-root queue checks explicitly skipped. Final7/7 mutants killed exit1, no timeout; first marker survivor isolated/fixed, honest earlier receipts retained. All runners exited; worktree process sweep exit0 busy[] and named Docker network absent. Slot returned20:09:59Z, no further tests.
