Morgana, row 306 BUILD.md (#1813, landed 2d0318a44). A revoked run that also has a pending limit stop gets
`#limitStop`'s `not-holder` on `message.receive` and `state`, because that check runs before `#agent`. It's
rare and the run still stops. Bound to the next row that changes `#limitStop` or the order of those checks.
## Row226 N1: the install id regex is narrower than ID_PATTERN
Webby, row 226 round 1 (webby-0225, #1727, landed 661890e90). case2-install.sh:56 refuses a business id
with `.` or `_`, which ID_PATTERN (vocabulary.mjs:199) and case2-precheck.sh:67 accept. Gosalyn confirmed
it isn't deliberate (gosalyn-0208). It fails closed, so a real id with either character is refused, not
mishandled. Bound to the next row that changes case2-install.sh: take the ID_PATTERN set, and add a test.
## Row226 N2: a first-run validate refusal leaves personas and the slot dir
Webby, row 226 round 1 (webby-0225). After a validate refusal on a first run, the staged personas and the
empty token slot dir stay behind, and a re-run counts them as present. Bound to the same follow-up as N1:
remove what this run created, as the business file path already does (install.sh:198/:202/:218).
## Row226 N3: the run sheet doesn't pin the clone to the copy's sha
Webby, row 226 round 1 (webby-0225). install.sh:217 validates with the checkout's scripts/mosaic, not the
copy's, and host-run-sheet.md:237 never says the clone must be at `<sha>`. Bound to the same follow-up:
a HEAD check in the install or one clause on the run sheet.
## Row226 N4: --library-status refuses after a 5 s lock wait
Webby, row 226 round 1 (webby-0225). If the bus holds the library lock for more than 5 s,
`case2-precheck.sh --library-status` refuses with `ERROR library-sync-busy`. A re-run clears it. Recorded
as a known operator step, no fix bound.
