docs(log): row 62 landed, the adapter reads a project tree (#1555)

It carries the review notes: a narrow-terminal test pinning the `decideShown` MIN_COLS guard (the only survivor that could let `y` resolve with the box hidden, and the code is right today), a way out from the hidden box and an honest status line under it, a U+18D08 width test, a cut box keeping `Esc back`, and the README's 40-column row count stated as an example.

 Before (918a4a19): the tasks adapter read one project. Child projects of #19 (18, 20, 21) were invisible to the bus.
 After: feat 390d437b, which `queue review verify-commit 62 390d437b` matches to round 3 candidate 8b81e836 on all 13 paths. With `tracker.descendants` on, each reconcile reads the sync bot's project list and walks it by `parent_project_id` from the root, archived projects and negative pseudo-project ids left out. A child that passes the install checks is read through its board; one that doesn't is watch-only (bucket 0). A tick reads every project in the tree, and a child answering 403 or 404 leaves it only if `GET /projects/<id>` answers 403 or 404 too. Off, the adapter reads as before. Darkwing built it over three rounds. Filbert (27317) and Dewey (27338) approved round 3.
 Gate (Sage, scratch worktree of 918a4a19 plus the candidate, sequential and teed): tasks 71, business 60, bus 80, cli 110 and queue 150 node tests, 0 failed. webui failed 1 of 40 once ("humanCall kills a transport that runs past its timeout": the fake transport's pid file wasn't there in time, load average 17 with Dewey's gate running beside mine) and passed 40 of 40 on three reruns; row 62 touches no webui file. test-auth 15, test-conductor 17, test-config 24, test-discord 66, test-extension-package 18, test-foundation 44, test-queue 27, test-release 14, test-task 98, all 0 failed (Docker on). Manifest OK before and after. edc5de71..HEAD touched none of the 13 paths.
 Live read (`agents/sage/work/vikunja-setup/tick-62.mjs`, record `2026-10-11_tick-62.json`, 902b3d0e), 21:28:03Z, tasks.woltje.com v2.7.0: the candidate's own `reconcile()` and `tick()` with descendants on, root #19, the sync key only, a real Store and Broker in a scratch root, and a fetch guard refusing anything but GET. `startup()` was not run, since its scope probes send a PATCH, a DELETE and a POST as role keys; the script made the root's install check from the same two reads. Reconcile 15 GETs, 42 snapshots (30 on #19, 4 on 18, 3 on 20, 5 on 21; the cross-project probe in `2026-10-11_probe-62.json` also counted 42). Tick 8 GETs, 0 snapshots, the count `probes.md` predicted. 18, 20 and 21 are watch-only. 0 writes. Darkwing's deleted-view probe: a missing view id on #18 answers 404 code 3014 while `GET /projects/18` answers 200, so the README's account holds live (the child stays and the tick fails until the next reconcile reads it watch-only, which Filbert notes stops the root's tick too). The fake answers 13001; the adapter treats any 404 without code 4002 the same, so behavior doesn't change. No README change needed. The live bus is still on descendants off (host config `tracker.descendants` false); turning it on is a config change for when row 63 lands.
