jason.woltjeandClaude Opus 5.5 cc48b124f1 bus, harness: decision.raise takes one recommendation key and says which field failed (row 112, #1606)
A recommendation that isn't exactly one option key now refuses
invalid-recommendation, checked after the options, instead of sharing
invalid-options with bad option lists. The raise_decision tool text says
recommendation is one key with the reason in question, and that
approvalChoice defaults to yes. The bus README lists the three codes,
the field each names and the check order; a malformed option object
refuses invalid-request. No schema change.

jason.woltjeandClaude Opus 5.5 4da6815293 review loop: working repositories, git socket, push and review verdicts, row 93 (#1587)
Commits move as v2 bundles over bus-host/git.sock (decision 135). The bus
host keeps one bare working repository per business and project, seeds main
from the project root under a per-repository lock, fetches a pushed bundle
with fsck into a temp ref, requires history shared with main, and moves the
task's work ref only as a fast-forward. Host and runner git run with no
system or global config, hooks at /dev/null and local transports only. The
socket binds only for roles holding git.push.working or review.verdict.

The broker records a push as the action.allowed for git.push.working with
its commit, takes review.request for the latest push and one review.verdict
per request, and refuses task.close on a pushed task without an approve
verdict for the latest push. recordEvent reserves both shapes, so agents
can't forge either.

Reviewed by Dewey (28196) and Sage (28197), both approve. Gate on 7a729aef:
14 node suites and 9 scripts green.

jason.woltjeandClaude Opus 5.5 0453da7e10 feat(roles): coder drops the task.reassign grant the broker always refuses (#1567, row 73)
roles/coder.json crossRole goes from ["task.reassign", "task.scope.change"]
to ["task.scope.change"]. The broker refuses a non-pm task.reassign at the
writer check before it looks at authority, so the grant could never be
used. A coder's task.reassign now classifies as gated and goes to the
human. Backed by lead decision 90.

Tests: business role and resolve (the narrowing test moves to the pm,
which still holds two cross-role actions), a bus test on the shipped role
files, a harness test that a coder with a tracker gets no task_reassign,
the tasks fixture, and a verbs line showing a coder's task.reassign
refuses field-writer with no action.allowed. mutants.sh is Rocko's packet
rerun script, already committed.

Author: Rocko (packet agents/rocko/work/queue-73/, commit 2137dd7f).

jason.woltjeandClaude Opus 5.5 38828a2cb3 feat(bus): the bus and the broker core (row 37, S2, rocko)
Rocko's round 2 candidate, approved by Darkwing (#1519 comment 26757).
build.patch 40d7e838, manifest 61519059, 24 files under packages/bus,
schema v3b (179ffe35, lead decision 60). Integration gate in a git
worktree of 942dca9e (S1 in the tree) plus the patch: bus 43/43 and
business 60/60 on Node 24 and 26, every package test and every
scripts/test-*.sh green, test-task 98/98 with the live-provider cases.
Rulings from lead decisions 62 and 63: the human proof is cooperative in
slice 1, and a self-raised cross-role decision routes to the human.
Single-use gated approvals follow in row 43.
