jason.woltjeandClaude Opus 5.5 b8539480aa tasks, harness: task verbs across the tree (#1556)
Row 63, round 2. Task verbs act in any installed project of the tree;
a project the tree doesn't hold refuses task-project as before, and a
watch-only one refuses with the new code. The harness task_create tool
takes an optional integer project. Round 2 adds Dewey's five proof
tests and Filbert's N1 child-path tests; the code is round 1's.

Candidate manifest 2a22fd3f (agents/darkwing/work/queue-63/r2/), base
cca5f23e, no drift on the six paths. Builder Darkwing. Approved by
Dewey (comment 28024) and Filbert (comment 28026). Sage's gate on
1117d19b plus the patch 2026-10-12T23:07:33Z-23:09:22Z: tasks 84,
harness 65, every scripts/test-*.sh green.

Lands before row 90 (decision 125). The harness change is live at the
next role session launch (decision 109); Mos had the notice.

jason.woltjeandClaude Opus 5.5 0453da7e10 feat(roles): coder drops the task.reassign grant the broker always refuses (#1567, row 73)
roles/coder.json crossRole goes from ["task.reassign", "task.scope.change"]
to ["task.scope.change"]. The broker refuses a non-pm task.reassign at the
writer check before it looks at authority, so the grant could never be
used. A coder's task.reassign now classifies as gated and goes to the
human. Backed by lead decision 90.

Tests: business role and resolve (the narrowing test moves to the pm,
which still holds two cross-role actions), a bus test on the shipped role
files, a harness test that a coder with a tracker gets no task_reassign,
the tasks fixture, and a verbs line showing a coder's task.reassign
refuses field-writer with no action.allowed. mutants.sh is Rocko's packet
rerun script, already committed.

Author: Rocko (packet agents/rocko/work/queue-73/, commit 2137dd7f).
Candidate manifest sha256 bf4e5ed6, base 324c064b, no drift on the
candidate paths through 8a42e819.
Approval: Dewey, round 1, comment 27506 on #1567.
Gate (Sage, /tmp/sage-g73 on 8a42e819, 23:42-23:48Z): tasks 71, bus 81,
business 60, harness 59, cli 113, webui 61, seat 27 node tests, 0 failed;
every scripts/test-*.sh exit 0, 0 failed.

jason.woltjeandClaude Opus 5.5 7e73c2cd13 feat(tasks): the Vikunja v2 adapter, broker task verbs and sync (row 38, S3, darkwing)
packages/tasks adds the Vikunja v2 client, the eight task verbs, the
board-plus-cursor poll with its 60 s window and the digest. The broker
gains the task verbs and boots trackers from the boot config (lead
decisions 66 to 68). Due dates are truncated to the second and recorded
as truncated (B1). A write that lands but whose final read fails counts
as landed, in update and in create (B2).

Candidate agents/darkwing/work/slice1-s3, build-r2.patch 71ce87e6,
manifest e10e30e3 (28 files). Filbert approved round 2 on #1520
(comment 26853). Darkwing's post-reset rerun: test-release 14/14,
test-task 98/98 (comment 26857).

Integration gate in a worktree on c4baf779 with the patch applied:
bus 67, business 60, control-board 124, discord 173, ledger 78,
mosaic 69, queue 148, seat 19, tasks 51 and webui 14, all with no
failures. Conversation is 149/3. The three cohort kill cases (K1, K3,
K10) fail the same on the unpatched base, and the patch doesn't touch
the package. Every scripts/test-*.sh is green. test-release 14/14 and
test-task 98/98 ran on the existing gate2 compose network, because the
host's Docker address pools are exhausted. No network was created or
pruned.
