chore(release): bump @mosaicstack/mosaic 0.0.35 -> 0.0.36

Real agents become fully first-class: drift recognizes wrapped runtimes +
auto-enable units on install (#583), and runtime-agnostic launcher heartbeat
so pi/claude/codex sessions all emit HB (#584).
