M0 stage issue: land the reviewed T78 contract on next via squash merge of branch docs/t78-cli-capability-migration (frozen head 3b753a48; amend/rebase voids the review verdicts). Exit: reviewed PR merged to next with terminal-green CI. Parent: #1455. Reviews of record: brain fleet/lanes/cli-migration/stack-docs-final-{structural,security}-review.md (PASS / NO BLOCKERS).
