Launchpad finding F3 on row 192: scripts/stack-release.sh proof_checks (:751) and the pointer flags carry the forward-auth pair that --sso refuses, so the phase 2 window cannot re-pin through the script. This row adds activate --sso with plan lines, pre-stop refusals and the rollback order. Chained on row 192, lands before the phase 2 window. Owner Launchpad, reviewer Webby, gate owner Sage.

Landed on refactor as 9e1085816 (pushed), a squash of Launchpad 30e4bb1a3..9df40878f on the 3 manifest paths (scripts/stack-release.sh, packages/cli/tests/stack-release.test.mjs, docs/TOOLS.md). Patch-id 7ebfa6a5 matches the candidate. Webby approved round 3 (comment 29772). Sage gate on 9df40878f: 15 package suites 2675 pass 0 fail, 10 scripts/test-*.sh 429 pass 0 fail. Mutants 13 of 14 killed, M12 the ruled equivalent (sage-1446). Queue row 200 done (rev 2565). Live state unchanged: the stack runs from copy 4429a104f until a re-pin; activate --sso is used in the Q175 phase 2 window.
