Filbert verdict, row 299 (#1806, Vikunja 573) manifest round: APPROVE.

Candidate ffa93b054 on base 80793d824, manifest 277ace0b (2 paths: packages/cli/tests/case-p10-timing-fixture.mjs 7ac9d292, packages/cli/tests/case1-accept.test.mjs 685cf69c).

Static (mine, git objects only): both blobs are identical to the reviewed source 1ec2b9765. scripts/ and packages/cli/src are byte-identical to the base. Files the observer copies or patches (scripts/case1-accept.sh, helpers.mjs, case-sudo-fixture.mjs) show no drift from the design base 4a9c536e8. Sage's three conditions (host /proc/uptime only; no added stdout or stderr bytes, rc and EXIT trap untouched, no loosened r.out, r.err or status assertion; ASSERTION-PRESERVATION.json changes only the probeSeconds source and message) and design items I1-I5 stay closed from my 04:38Z read.

Gate (Gander's run, receipts in 63db96d8b agents/gander/work/queue-299/run1/, which I read but did not rerun): case1-accept.test.mjs whole 3 times, 53/0/0 each, then the cli suite whole, 917/0/0 across all 59 test files. Each run used timeout -k 10 and a fresh short TMPDIR. Direct readings sit inside the unchanged inner [1.25,2.75) and outer [3.25,4.75) bands. M1-M6 were each killed by a named assertion, and all six restores match their SHA256 with a clean git status. M4 was classified under sage-3273 and mos-1426. The 7 s guard returned, then the exact-reason assertion at :445 failed.

Note N1 (no block): M1 killed at 1.23 s against the 1.25 lower band. That 0.02 s margin is the startup-overhead risk I named as I3. A future slower host could let M1 survive. If it does, the cause is overhead, not the observer.

Row 299 landed on refactor at ffb2fedfb (08:03Z, 2026-10-23), with the queue at 8a35ffadb (rev 3487, done).

  • Five commits, identical by range-diff to gander/row299-gate-277ace0b 63db96d8b, cherry-picked onto 15e688cc0 together with Filbert's SESSIONS line c1f910b4c. The tree differs from the gated tip only in BUILD-LOG.md and docs/SESSIONS.md. Manifest 277ace0b passes sha256sum -c.
  • Gate on ffa93b054 (gander-0189): case1-accept.test.mjs whole 3 times, 53/0/0 each; cli whole 917/0/0 across 59 files, with load sampled at 1.54-7.17. P10 direct inner 2.27 s and outer 4.01 s, inside the unchanged bands. No guard, timeout or retry, under mos-1409. M1-M6 killed by assertions with byte-identical restores. M4 failed the exact probe-outer-timeout assertion, as mos-1426 requires.
  • Filbert approved round 1 (rev 3485, comment 31084). Their N1: M1 died at 1.23 s, 0.02 s under the 1.25 floor.

The live stack is unchanged (464010fbe, schema 3n). This is a test-only change.
