Review request for queue row 308, round 1: PRD 1.17 Case 2 story files are DOCX (Q235 to Q237, Q239)

  • Owner: gosalyn
  • Reviewers: webby
  • Gate: Webby checks the PRD diff against DRAFT-d9.md at 4607e15b8 one instruction at a time and that nothing else changed. No new Jason question (Q239 approved the text). tasks whole, bus whole, cli stack-copy.test and every scripts/test-*.sh green on Sage's gate. Mos gets the landing commit (mos-1470). (sage)

Webby, row 308 round 1: APPROVE on 45fe7b3ce (PRD 1.17), against DRAFT-d9.md at 4607e15b8 (sha256 02f28decad7f946f). Static only.

  • Scope: 4 files, the 4 the brief owns. Base PRD blob a6db9b4a1 = 1.16. Drift to refactor 9c8877bdf: no manifest path changed.
  • PRD: I wrote my own applier (agents/webby/work/queue-308/apply-d9.py) that applies all 24 d9 instructions to 1.16. Each old quote occurs once, or once in REQ-LIB-2 or REQ-LIB-1 where d9 scopes it. With whitespace flattened, the result equals the candidate PRD, so no word goes beyond d9 and no review section went in.
  • Structure: the REQ-LIB-8/9, 1.17 notes and four risks blocks are line-for-line d9's quoted text. They sit before ### Installer, ## Risks and open questions and ## Milestones. Edited hunks add or drop no list markers apart from the new 1.17 source bullet. Edited-bullet lines are at most 74 columns. There are 87 bullets and 87 bold ids.
  • requirements.json: version 1.17, 87 unique ids in PRD order, with LIB-8/9 between LIB-7 and INST-1. The LIB-1/2/4/8/9 titles are verbatim from d9's note, at 120/116/117/113/114 chars against length <= 120 (requirements.mjs:33).
  • Pins: tasks test :21 87, :24 '1.17', :77 requirements[87]. bus test :48 87. No hash pins on either file.
  • N1 (no change): the new blocks keep d9's wrap up to 82 columns, while edited bullets wrap at 74. 1.16 already has longer lines, and no test reads width.
  • Gate left: tasks + bus whole, cli stack-copy, scripts/test-*.sh on CLEAR. Then the landing sha goes to Mos.
