Umbrella tracking issue for the framework tooling-upstream batch handed off by the orchestrator (2026-07-25). Groups the framework-improvement / tooling-gap fixes so each PR carries a Part of # linkage.

Sub-items

  • (a) detect-platform.sh FAIL-LOUD identity fix ✅ MERGED PR #890 — when an explicit per-agent identity resolves but its per-slot Gitea token file is absent for a recognized host, get_gitea_token() must FAIL LOUD (non-zero) rather than silently falling through to the shared/default token and posting as the wrong agent. Extends test-gitea-token-identity.sh. → PR #890.
  • (b) pr-review 5/5c + send-msg P6 ✅ BOTH MERGED — #896 (pr-review 5+5c, 2483dada) + #895 (send-message Patch 6, ab6e8e80, id-11 rev-22). 5b/5d OBE via #865; Patch 4 = already-merged #875.
  • (c) dispatch-fresh.sh restoration ❌ DROPPED (Mos-ruled 2026-07-25: premise fabricated/unverifiable; flush-on-reassign need folds into wake-canon; OB f1da24ac). No PR.
  • (d) install.sh systemd drop-in blank-reset — ABSORBED into heartbeat canon A10 (EPIC #892); off-main infra/fleet host-fix already live — any cadence override must emit the OnUnitActiveSec blank-reset line to avoid registering both timers (~88 wasted wakes/day).

Discipline

Each sub-item: builder → independent review (author != reviewer) → RoR packet → coordinator id-11 stamp + merge. The #869 publish-gate discipline (fail-closed, no silent fallthrough) applies to enforcement-path items. Operator-agnostic (framework-PR firewall).
