Scope = MS-LEAD packaging of A1-A11 (framework/tools/wake/ + guides/WAKE-DOCTRINE.md). Pilot (B*) = mos-dt-0. Operator config (C*) = per-host.

  • W5 — A6 FN-oracle + A7 reconciler ✅ MERGED (PR #909 @7603cb1c, id-11 full-40, merge 320f5bfb). Off-domain oracle; 5a seq-aliasing swallow fixed fail-closed (finder-confirmed); full store-side unify = #908.
  • W6 — A8 off-host beacon + alarm-sink adapter ✅ MERGED (PR #910 @060977c7, id-11 rev-30 full-40, merge 003cdaa1). Dead-man absence-alarm host-independent (runtime-verified). 2 monitor-integ obs → W7 (ingested_ts, beacon-auth). Independent liveness leg COMPLETE.
  • W7 — A10 idempotent install.sh (component-manifest metadata-only; single framework-manifest ownership SSOT + parity tests, Gate A; blank-reset on legacy timer drop-ins during retire; snapshot-guard) + mosaic-wake.service.
