Scope

  • replace the noncanonical stack-dogfood identity with functional seat code-dogfood-01
  • update the Compose mount target, environment pins, verifier assertions, examples, and delivery-tool tests
  • preserve the existing shell-free, wrapper-constrained delivery boundary unchanged

Why

Fleet canon requires functional code seats to use <role>-<lane>-<NN>. The merged B2a identity fit no canonical seat class and could not be provisioned through fleet/bin/new-seat.sh.
