Drops the -alpha.x prerelease suffix. Clean semver, still alpha.

All 22 packages + constants.ts: 0.0.1-alpha.2 → 0.0.2

Once merged, the publish pipeline pushes @mosaic/cli@0.0.2 to the Gitea registry and mosaic update will detect it.
