Release: @mosaicstack/mosaic 0.0.43

Bumps the CLI from 0.0.42 → 0.0.43. Merging to main triggers .woodpecker/publish.yml, which publishes the package to the Gitea npm registry.

Included since 0.0.42

  • feat(fleet) classify agent readiness in fleet ps (#649) — the fleet's first autonomous PR. Adds a pure classifyReadiness() over the parsed heartbeat/tmux signals: new working/idle/stuck states on top of stale/dead/unknown, configurable via MOSAIC_HEARTBEAT_IDLE_THRESHOLD (300s) and MOSAIC_HEARTBEAT_STUCK_THRESHOLD (900s). HB column now reads <age>s/<state>; IDLE/STUCK flags surface in the table; additive readiness JSON field keeps --json consumers working. Closes the H1 gap — an alive-but-wedged agent can no longer masquerade as healthy.

Post-merge rollout

mosaic update on fleet hosts picks up 0.0.43; the package bump triggers a framework reseed.
