Release: @mosaicstack/mosaic 0.0.44

Bumps the CLI from 0.0.43 → 0.0.44. Merging to main triggers .woodpecker/publish.yml, which publishes the package to the Gitea npm registry.

Included since 0.0.43

  • fix(fleet) derive pane idle from window_activity fallback (#651) — completes H1. On tmux 3.4 #{pane_activity} is empty, so the H1 readiness classifier's idle/stuck path never fired in production. parseTmuxListPanes now reads pane_activity → window_activity → session_activity (first populated wins), clamps future epochs to 0, and stays null only when all sources are absent. The working/idle/stuck states now reflect reality on this fleet.

Post-merge rollout

mosaic update on fleet hosts picks up 0.0.44; the package bump triggers a framework reseed.
