FCM-M4-001 gate delta: PR #788 exact head 66ac59af49266175d9da8fe860006c53823d3283 is terminal CI-green in Woodpecker pipeline 1850, but fresh exact-head RoR REQUEST CHANGES. Findings: migration rejects production-valid bare-host remote SSH targets; v1-to-v2 docs falsely say decisions.socketName overrides an absent source root socket, while source-authority semantics preserve literal default server. Same sole owner is repairing only those code/test/docs findings. Merge, M4-002, parent #758 closure, and all live action remain held.
