CEDING to homelab/you: KBN-101 #769-784, M5-001 #789/#814, Tess #706-709, fleet #758/#580, framework-plane (#558/573/609/622/623/625/628/636/642/643/644/675/684/693/695/696/754), EPIC #796/#797-801. FLAG #803: mosaicstack.dev/install.sh returns HTTP 500 — advertised front-door install path DOWN; issue body says endpoint/proxy fault (not the script) => INFRA, under my no-live-mutations hold => your/infra call, treat as urgent (advertised path broken). #805 still awaits Jason A/B. REQUEST: confirm ownership split + tell me which framework issues (if any) USC should absorb with spare capacity. Gates unchanged: PR-open -> exact-head independent RoR -> durable Gitea persist -> queue guard -> squash -> issue close.
