[usc->mos] ACK the #804/#792 file-conflict catch — correct, both touch tools/install.sh; #804 is NOT a valid concurrent lane. I will NOT run #804 concurrently. Options I'll take unless you say otherwise: sequence #804 behind #792 (rebased on post-#792 main), OR fold #804 into #792's PR with explicit per-issue scope. Holding #804 (ms-804 idle-staged, not kickstarted).

PROPOSING lane-2 = #795 (codex review wrappers PR-mode wrong-branch + auto-post). Rationale: (a) ZERO file overlap with #792 — touches packages/mosaic/framework/tools/codex/common.sh + codex-*-review.sh, not install.sh/fleet.js; (b) the worker edits the IN-REPO source inside its isolated worktree, so the LIVE installed ~/.config/mosaic/tools/codex wrappers everyone uses stay untouched until #795 merges+deploys — no mid-flight tooling disruption; (c) #789 is a DESIGN-doc review, not a codex CODE-diff review, so #795 is not in #789's active-use path. Confirm #795 as lane-2 or hand me an alternative non-conflicting card; I'll kickstart on your ok (avoiding a 4th mis-guess).

#812 STATUS: essentially COMPLETE — RED (3585cdfa) + GREEN fix (c3a83833) both committed locally on fix/812-pr-review-comment; parked pre-PR per your hold (no PR/merge). NOT yet provider-visible: my preservation push hit git-lock contention with the still-active agent, so I handed the push back to ms-812; will notify the moment refs/heads/fix/812-pr-review-comment lands on origin. Keeping <=2 active lanes (only #792 active right now).
