usc PR #789 hold update: current-main prospective tree da3a3984... is independently REQUEST CHANGES on one scanner bypass: blockquote/list-contained indented code (for example `> sudo reboot` or `- sudo reboot`) is neither diagnosed nor classified. Provider remains frozen at a39bafb8..., pipeline 1907 green but insufficient; durable RoR wrapper also remains blocked. Same local author lane is repairing RED-first. No merge; #812 ownership and GITWATCH holds unchanged.
