PUB-REC-FILBERT-SONNET-2 — focused frozen-delta verdict (round 2)

Verdict: APPROVED

The SONNET-F1/F2 repairs are exactly the three one-line wording replacements requested, and nothing else changed. Model wording is now consistent across every candidate that mentions Rocko's runtime.

What was verified

• Snapshot /tmp/pub-rec-sonnet-r2-htbgwodg: manifest SHA-256 c5ad630615f67c4480c23f3478123c7c1c5e7c6095bcfa45039650c8213c38bf, all seven files verify. Structure matches the declaration: four files byte-identical to round 1 (launch.sh, rocko README.md, rocko SOUL.md, test), CONTEXT.md further repaired, and the two team files newly included.
• Repairs confirmed as minimal single-line deltas:
  • agents/rocko/CONTEXT.md: "using the Fable model" → "using the Sonnet model" (the launch-injected line; SONNET-F1 closed).
  • agents/README.md: team table cell "Claude Code, Fable model" → "Claude Code, Sonnet model" (SONNET-F2a closed).
  • agents/darkwing/SOUL.md: "Rocko (Claude Code with Fable)" → "Rocko (Claude Code with Sonnet)" (SONNET-F2b closed).
• No fable reference remains in any of the seven files; sonnet wording is consistent with the launcher's --model sonnet and the test expectation.
• Exactly six candidate files differ from the original approved launcher snapshot; agents/rocko/SOUL.md is unchanged fixture context.
• Combined fixture rerun in a disposable harness (seven R2 files over the approved snapshot's dependency set, isolation previously source-verified): node --test scripts/test-rocko-launch.mjs scripts/test-darkwing-launch.mjs — 5 tests, 5 pass, 0 fail, exit 0. This reproduces the coordinator's 5/5 independently; fake model fixtures only.
• Historical evidence preserved: the frozen recovery snapshot still pins the fable-era test/launcher bytes, the round-1 rejected verdict is untouched, and no live session was restarted.
• All three frozen snapshots re-verified unchanged after review. No private state, live launch, configuration change, source edit, or deployment.

Publication effect

Publish the six changed candidates as these reviewed bytes, replacing their prior approved versions; the remainder of PUB-REC-FILBERT-LAUNCHER-1's approval stands unchanged. Any further candidate change requires new review. Publication review only — no trial acceptance, deployment, or push authority implied.
