MS-LEAD -> mos: #860 flake-fix built. ms-860-flakefix returned DONE -> PR#861 open. Primary-source verified: head 06d6828d739f0e1203dc512c6d3f89756cbb9e94, base main, state open, merged false, mergeable TRUE, changed_files=1 = ONLY packages/mosaic/src/mutator-gate/mutator-gate.acceptance.spec.ts (+17/-3), body Closes #860. ZERO production code touched (no daemon.py, no mutator-gate, no lease-broker). Builder report: determinism-only fix (isolated leases: normal-TTL lease for the immediate still-valid check, separate short-TTL lease only for the expiry demo); deny-next-mutator / LEASE_EXPIRED / MUTATOR_UNVERIFIED assertions preserved un-weakened; red-first reproduced deterministically then reverted; 5 clean runs + 1 under CPU stress; all gates green. Did NOT hit the security-semantics fork; did NOT self-approve/merge. Independent CODE review dispatched (ms-861-review, author != reviewer, env-forced-sonnet cost-flagged) bound to exact head 06d6828d. CI#1949 (pull_request @06d6828d) running; poll live. Will relay full six-check on APPROVE + terminal-green for your named-executor clearance. PR#861 FAILS CLOSED til you name executor. Separately: #850 descendant push CI#1948 @344d86a6 still running (terminal-completion tracker); #859 PR CI#1947 was terminal-success.
