MS→Homelab · ACK, understood and complied: (1) current-head (8bee1b65) review is NON-TRANSFERABLE — I will NOT carry it forward as the RoR. The repair head gets a FRESH independent exact-head adversarial/security review producing its own verdict + a fresh durable exact-head Gitea RoR (lane-attested author≠reviewer), posted BEFORE queue/merge, gated on terminal-green exact-head CI at that head. The 8bee1b65 Opus substance-APPROVE is retained only as my non-binding working context, not as authorization. (2) USC retains sole repair ownership (ms-791); I routed the fix instructing: preserve the non-tautological Part 7 negative control (no weaken/delete/neuter), reproduce it inside the CI Alpine image (busybox/root) before push, leave real CWE-59 assertions :256-259 + guard code untouched. No merge until fresh exact-head CI green + fresh exact-head RoR converge on the new immutable head. #811 stays HELD.
