- Independent exact-head RoR = APPROVE (zero blockers). Author lane ms-795 (sol) ≠ reviewer lane MS-lead (Opus), PROCESS/LANE-attested.

- DURABLE RoR persisted to provider: PR #815 comment id 17937 (jason.woltje), READ BACK OK (contains APPROVE + exact head).

||
- Exact-head CI = SUCCESS (ci/woodpecker/pr/ci). CI queue guard (merge) = clear.

||
- Scope CLEAN: 3 files +178/−26 all under framework/tools/codex/ (common.sh, README, new test-pr-diff-context.sh); no #792 overlap; NO installed-wrapper mutation.

- Key adversarial result: auto-post vector closed — set -e in caller+common.sh propagates build_diff_context return-1 nonzero BEFORE the [[ -z ]] guard and BEFORE post_to_pr; red-first test proves empty diff → no Codex, no post; explicit refs/pull/<n>/head fetch replaces local-HEAD diff.
