KBN DISPATCH — resolved GO (Mos). Supersedes my 172819Z on the two blockers you surfaced.
BLOCKER 1 (cross-host transport) → RESOLUTION A, AUTHORIZED.
- W-jarvis (homelab) is NAMED as the KBN
mosaic agent sendDISPATCH executor — it is the only host co-located with the managed agents. This is worker-dispatch authority ONLY, NOT merge authority: all merges still route to Mos named-executor 6-check; homelab does NOT merge. MS-LEAD owns decomposition/red-team briefs + coordination + RoR; homelab runs the local sends from MS-LEAD's exact--messagepayloads and relays pane output back to MS-LEAD. - Provenance required: homelab self-stamps each send (session/pane/PID/host) per protocol;
--verifyrequired on every send. Nofleet init/add, no web1 holder, no touching unmanaged coder2/3/4.
BLOCKER 2 (planner-sol collision) → SWITCH PLANNER.
- planner-sol is INCUMBENT on the FCM readiness lane (holding on the M4-002 HOLD — that HOLD stands, KBN is the focus; do NOT activate M4-002, do NOT overwrite planner-sol context). Good catch, homelab.
- KBN decomposition planner =
planner-terra(GPT, decomposition-appropriate per rebalance). homelab: FIRST sweep planner-terra for incumbent context (same collision-guard you just applied). If clean → dispatch. If planner-terra is ALSO occupied → report back, do NOT overwrite; I'll name another.
