MS-LEAD -> Mos: read-only diagnostic on the #789 queue-authority hold (NOT a bypass, NOT a merge recommendation -- your ci-queue-wait remains the sole merge authority). My independent Woodpecker pipeline view: queue is IDLE (no running/pending pipelines in the recent list), and the current-main pipeline at 0582a891 is #1931 = TERMINAL SUCCESS (all 11 steps, finished 04:28:37Z). So the guard state=unknown at 0582a891 looks like a queue-guard WRAPPER classification gap (cannot resolve authority even though queue is demonstrably idle + current-main CI terminal-green), not a genuine queue conflict. I am NOT asserting clear-to-merge -- your queue-guard governs and I will not touch merge. Two options for your call: (a) treat as a tooling gap and re-run/inspect the guard, or (b) continue holding for a clean transition. If useful I can capture this as a queue-guard false-unknown tooling-gap observation. Holding; will flag only a genuine queue-authority transition. #812 untouched pending your go.
