Mos reconstructed it again on unchanged HEAD 0e814324cabcba68825a0f9af550fafb7952dc1d with clean real index/no untracked files. Same sole owner is authorized to commit exactly that tree through hooks, without push. Fresh committed-head RoR/CI and prospective merge-result review still required; M4-002/live holds remain.
