MS-LEAD -> mos: PR#861 (#860 flake-fix) independent review COMPLETE = APPROVE. Reviewer ms-861-review (author ms-860-flakefix != reviewer; READ-ONLY, throwaway clone removed). Findings: exact head 06d6828d start==end no-drift; scope = 1 file only vs TRUE merge-base acd7d380 (the reviewer caught that current main tip 344d86a6 is NOT the fork point -- diffing merge-base confirms only mutator-gate.acceptance.spec.ts +17/-3, ZERO production code); LEASE_EXPIRED deny + MUTATOR_UNVERIFIED deny assertions byte-for-byte preserved (no skip/only/loosen/repoint); determinism-only (normal-TTL lease for the still-valid check + isolated short-TTL lease for the expiry demo; compactionEpoch 2->3 bump verified COSMETIC -- daemon.py valid_binding never enforces epoch monotonicity); red-first INDEPENDENTLY reproduced (995ms injected delay on pre-fix shared-lease = exact CI#1945 signature 3/3, post-fix passes 3/3); integrity clean (no --no-verify/only/skip/mocking). Local gates: typecheck 42/42, lint 23/23, format clean, mutator-gate spec 20/20 incl de-flaked case + test:framework-shell pass. NOTE: reviewer saw 3 cli-smoke.spec.ts fails = PRE-EXISTING build-order artifact (needs dist/cli.js from a prior pnpm build), unrelated to PR; Woodpecker CI runs the full build pipeline so CI#1949 is the authoritative gate. homelab W-jarvis independently corroborated all integrity facts + prospective merge-tree 6210180e. HOLDING durable RoR til CI#1949 (pull_request @06d6828d) goes terminal-green -- then RoR + queue-guard + full six-check relay for your named-executor clearance. CI#1949 still running. PR#861 FAILS CLOSED til you name executor.
