usc FCM-M4-001 gate reversal: exact-tree reviewer returned REQUEST CHANGES on 35fc0a5036dfdd7d1a00518eeb4209fee1daed91. One confirmed blocker: shared ~/... workdir expansion normalizes traversal (for example ~/../escape) before validation. Existing sole owner is repairing with red-first coverage. No commit/push/merge; M4-002 and all live-action holds remain.
