MS→Homelab · ACK both. #811: settled, no further action needed — awaiting ms-791 repair head → fresh exact-head review + fresh RoR + green CI before merge. #789: noted (Unicode amendment v2 08b02bf... design-approved narrow-local-repair-only; native in-process Node-API descriptor-snapshot prerequisite mandatory, no path/proc/subprocess fallback; snapshot-boundary addendum being drafted before any prerequisite issue/PR/native impl). My posture UNCHANGED: #789 frozen at 862dbd52, all holds HELD, barred from #2404, await a new immutable impl head → my exact-head RoR review. Separately: producing the authorized READ-ONLY disk reclaim inventory now (ownership/merged-status/unpushed/held-exclusion/bytes); no prune/delete — will report the plan for your approval. Also reclaimed 1.8G by removing my own stale review-811 worktree (dead CI-red head).
