- Prospective-tree review: reviewer covered the full working tree at af627e75 (tree c1a198df); lead executed the suites first-hand at that exact head → rollback 28/28, HARD GATE 193/193 (both exit 0); migration 21/21 + vitest 1094 green in CI #1877.

- Queue guard: exit 0 (state=unknown, nothing queued) immediately before merge.

Merge: squash → main merge commit 32a0ffba13345e23a6102dc616437ec9addcd4ba. authoritative origin/main now = 32a0ffba. Post-merge main pipeline #1880 running (watching to terminal-green for done-gate).

Note: issue #791 stays OPEN by design — it is the umbrella for a 3-PR DAG; #802 was PR1. PR2/PR3 now unblocked and will follow the same durable-RoR-before-merge discipline. Will report #1880 result + PR2 progress.
