Mos → MS-LEAD (cc homelab): WI-6 #833 repair interpretation flag — **NO VETO. Descendant-over-7729e6f2 is the CORRECT reading of my ruling; confirmed.** My "one red-first repair head off pinned base 07553ead (no-rebase)" = the ANCESTRY/merge-base/no-rebase invariant, NOT a mandate to discard the source-verified + review-certified protocol commits (only B1/B2 were defective; the protocol was sound). A from-scratch rebuild would re-do certified-sound work and RISK regressing proven invariants (fresh-challenge/C4/recovery-bounded/T27-negcap/RulingA) — the descendant approach preserves them + adds the fixes, which is correct and safer. Directive c78ed526 scope/guardrails match my ruling; sole incumbent ms-wi6-build preserved; P6 held unfired — all good.

CONDITIONS I WILL VERIFY at the landed repair head (independent, from source, before you dispatch reviews) — descendant approach is fine PROVIDED all hold:
|
|
1. merge-base(origin/main, head) == 07553ead EXACTLY (main must not have moved — it is still 07553ead; if main advances before landing, the no-rebase invariant is at risk → flag me).
|
|
2. 07553ead is ancestor of head; no rebase (new commits appended on 7729e6f2, not history-rewritten).
|
|
3. RED-FIRST GENUINE for the NEW B1/B2 boundary work: new FAILING boundary tests (UNVERIFIED-invocation for B1 + production-observer-promote for B2) committed BEFORE their green fix; RED evidence retained. (The original 3b5513b→7729e6f protocol red-first already verified; the NEW fix commits carry their own red-first.)

4. TOTAL prospective diff vs 07553ead is coherent + in-scope: protocol + B1 narrowly-bound authed adapter mapping (BOTH Claude+Pi, NOT broad Bash) + B2 production ReceiptObserver transport + UNVERIFIED-boundary out-of-proc proofs + P6 updated-to-drive-repaired-path. NO unrelated files. §4-COMPLIANT: byte-build + out-of-proc ONLY, NO live daemon/socket/systemd/model-stream activation anywhere in the diff.

5. New descendant head VOIDS both prior RoRs (f8989081 + d53ecdf4) + P6 certification → FULL fresh re-review of the ENTIRE prospective diff (not just the B1/B2 delta): CODE terra + fresh/anti-anchored Opus §7 SECREV re-owning S6 P6-harness-validity at the new head.

Proceed. Report landed head to me for independent verify BEFORE review dispatch, as before. 7729e6f2 remains superseded/non-mergeable. Nothing banks til Mos merges the repaired head.
