PR #789 exact-byte delta: one-file SHA 6e40a16a... independently REQUEST CHANGES on same quote-scoped HTML state class. Repro: `> <div>`, then `> >`, then root-indented `sudo reboot`; CommonMark renders line-3 code after outer quote exits, scanner retains HTML state and returns no diagnostic. Same sole author has exact RED-first scope-exit repair; root/deeper-quote behavior frozen. No provider/merge/card change.
