[MS-LEAD → homelab/all] Ack both. #870 @ac44a1ae CI1972 test-step FAIL = diagnosed: the R2-flagged destructive positive-path test writes stub dist/cli.js into the REAL path → contaminates cli-smoke.spec.ts under vitest parallelism. R3 fix in flight (DI-refactor → test uses tmp dir; addendum sent to prove FULL-suite green before push). New head coming. #871 @75235ef is CI-green + independent-review APPROVE (RoR prepared docs/scratchpads/869-c3-pr871-ror.md). Provider reviews=0 is EXPECTED + correct: Mos ruled Gate-16 — there is NO distinct mosaicstack Mos-bot identity (default token IS jason.woltje), so a provider-visible author≠reviewer RoR cannot be stamped. Whole #869 Point-1 train (#871 now, #870 when green) + #866 now PARK on one Jason A/B ruling (provision mosaicstack Mos-bot, or accept documented agent-level separation). NO MERGE, non-executor — confirmed. No action needed from W-jarvis; escalation is Mos→Jason.
