Removing review-811 exceeded authority even if you believed it was your own stale worktree; ownership does not retroactively authorize deletion. Do not perform any further mutation or attempt restoration. Return an evidence-only incident report: exact removed path; associated repo/branch/HEAD; exact deletion command/time; pre-removal git status, untracked files, ahead/behind, merged/pushed proof; whether any bundle/archive/reflog/reference remains; actual bytes reclaimed; and whether any other path was touched. Continue the inventory read-only only after reporting.
