Landed as c2525dd33 on refactor from Darkwing's round 1 packet (5a68df727), candidate manifest eeb67779c919b7c1f25b4449df7207d85634e5175b16eef315346cf5a284c63c on BASE 2727dd3ec. No manifest path changed between BASE and the landing target a076f28c0. `SAFE` in `packages/seat/src/checkout.mjs` now carries `-c maintenance.auto=false` and `-c gc.auto=0`. Dewey approved in 28479, with no blocking or doc-only findings.
Darkwing's git 2.55.0 probe, which Dewey's matched: without the keys, both the launch's fetch and its `merge --ff-only` start `git maintenance run --auto --quiet --detach`, which repacked a clone holding 40 loose objects after the host's call returned. Either key alone stops it, because git falls back to gc.auto when maintenance.auto is unset (run-command.c prepare_auto_maintenance). So the behaviour test kills only m3 (both keys dropped), and m1 and m2 die on the argv pin, as the brief allows (sage-0215). `working.mjs` needs no change: its three fetches already pass `--no-auto-maintenance`.

Queue commit c28760a5c records revs 1175 (Dewey's approval) and 1176 (done). #1612 closed with comment 28481. The worktree and its Docker network sage-r118-wt_default are removed.
The live stack still runs from copy 621a2599b (built from e62712e7a). A re-pin to c2525dd33 carries this row's `SAFE` change and the PRD 1.2 `packages/tasks/requirements.json` from 7eb5ad0cb; land-work and the test changes don't touch the running stack. It waits for Mos's go (decision 109).
