Full staged whitespace diagnostic failed only on three original OFL notices; preserved licensed bytes, authored-path check passed. Prior disposable-mode fixture failure and reviewer wrong-directory attempt remain documented, not counted green. Raw runtime evidence and newer unreviewed skill drift excluded. Final review registration occurs after the 92-file pin release. Publication receipt: docs/plans/reviews/2026-09-08_publication-trial-publication-receipt.md. Jason retains trial acceptance; no deployment or held-queue advancement.
