+Landed as a1ddeabdf on refactor from Rocko's round 1 packet (a94a943c9), candidate manifest 68c60a79914692f3f6d4923f7bcff41de109ccca33bf6fba687fb88efa24bcac on BASE 72c9ac36c. No manifest path changed between BASE and the landing target 19c6ab679. `discord-service.sh install --copy ID` checks the copy id, its CLI and its pi binary before it writes a unit. With a copy, only WorkingDirectory and ExecStart change. Without one, the render is byte-identical to the template. `status` reports the unit's actual WorkingDirectory. `check --offline` stops after local validation and token-mode checks, with no REST or gateway call, no journal and no STOP change. `run --offline` is a usage refusal (exit 4). Before posting the review request, Sage confirmed tests for the three points named in sage-0229. Filbert approved in 28497 with no findings. Filbert noted that the status test's fake systemctl gives the same answer to every `show`, which is enough for this row. One doc-only follow-up under decision 137: docs/TOOLS.md has no paragraph break before "An optional `tools` key".
