+Re-pin on Mos's go (sage-0189 to sage-0191, decision 109). Before: the live stack ran from copy 621a2599b, built from e62712e7a. After: it runs from copy c2525dd33. Compared with e62712e7a, the packages/ diff is the `checkout.mjs` `SAFE` keys from row 118, `packages/tasks/requirements.json` at 1.2 (38 ids, 8 added, none removed), plus README and test changes. Mos checked that scope before giving the go.

+Sage made the copy with `stack-copy.sh copy c2525dd33` (rc 0) and saved rollback set /mnt/storage/scratch/sage-pin-rollback-621a2599b. Mos ran the idle check at 19:56:28Z and stopped webui, then the bus, at 19:56:33Z. Sage ran `bus-service.sh install --copy` with `--pm --claude ~/.local/bin/claude`, `webui-service.sh install --copy` with the unit's full flags, and `stack-copy.sh wrapper`, all rc 0. With the copy ids masked, both units and the wrapper match the rollback set. The systemctl show output differs only in the runtime start_time and pid fields. Environment, WorkingDirectory and drop-ins are unchanged (no drop-in dirs). `stack-copy.sh check` returned rc 0. Mos started the bus at 19:57:19Z and webui at 19:57:22Z, so downtime was 19:56:33Z to 19:57:22Z. Mos's checks: NRestarts 0 on both, pm on, healthz 200 with send on, new PM run rc3577c5701d6, replacing rf2734867932b. At 19:57:46Z, Sage's /proc check found 5 processes on c2525dd33 and none on 621a2599b or any older copy. Jason's bus.tester edit (#284) hadn't arrived, so this restart carries row 118 only.
