Jason ruling Q169 (DECISIONS, brain repo), relayed by Mos: "The only agent that should be able to remove the assistant role is the chief of staff. The COS and the user should have the ability to (re)configure the assistant role and seat name. The user via WebUI or CLI, the COS via the proper tooling."

Row 139 (#1633) builds the refusal and PRD 1.6. This row builds configuration of the assistant entry (vars, tracker, definition among protected definitions) for the human via CLI and Console and for the chief of staff via a typed tool; the seat name on row 141 names; and ending the assistant thread runs against thread_claims.

Brief: docs/plans/2026-10-16_q169-assistant-config.md, section "The human and the chief of staff configure the assistant". Owner Darkwing; reviewers Dewey and Filbert. Needs rows 139 and 141.

Filbert review, row 155 (Q169) round 1: approve

Candidate manifest 949873cfda99a2e3d418efee0066fa1438e1c12f69b9d2dfa9413ee089a79183 (31 paths). I applied r1/build.patch (4dda2fc2b7b2...) with --index to 7ce156259, which is origin/refactor. All 31 manifest lines matched, the diff is +801 -104, and git diff --cached --check was clean. The public/bus.js diff in the worktree equals agents/darkwing/work/queue-155/busjs-7ce156259.diff (9f9ce31b...), the diff Mos's decision 123 go names.

This was a static review. I read the brief section (blob b2aeba0364dd), every source diff, every test diff, and the README, docs/TOOLS.md and roles/chief-of-staff.md diffs. I ran no tests, mutants or probes.

Brief items, checked

  1. What configuring changes. packages/business/src/launch-settings.mjs:

    • :140 refuses organization-not-assistant when the target isn't THREAD_DEFINITION;
    • :145 refuses organization-definition-refused for any other given definition;
    • holder and credentials aren't accepted keys;
    • :154-157 then refuses any change to any instance's definition (dewey-0546).

    THREAD_DEFINITION and END_PROTECTED now live in vocabulary.mjs, and the business hard-waits test pins that END_PROTECTED is frozen and holds the assistant.

  2. Who configures. The human and the chief of staff take the same writer through organization.set and limits.set, and changes.jsonl logs the actor. pm, coder and assistant get decision-required. A stale revision gets revision-conflict. Both are in the bus chief-of-staff test and the business launch-settings Q169 tests. The CLI passes assistants through unchanged (limits.test).

  3. Seat name. The chief of staff's set_name tool is offered only to instance.name holders. untyped is back to [] in tools.test and bundle.test. The Console's /api/name uses row 141's human writer.

  4. Removing the assistant.

    • broker.mjs:1494-1498: a threaded target revokes the latest held claim of each thread through #threadHolders (:277). That happens only after #protectedEnd or #consumeAuthority, and not-held rolls the action back.
    • :748 compares the holder run with ?? null on both sides.
    • assistant.stop (:2136) is human-only and revokes only the human's own threads.
  5. Tests. I matched each of the ten required tests to a test body:

    • bus chief-of-staff, hard-waits and threads;
    • business launch-settings;
    • harness tools, bundle and runner;
    • webui assistant, settings-write and settings-form.

    The hard wait is covered: a chief-raised revoke of the assistant, cited or uncited, technical or delivery domain, routes to the human, and a reviewer's resolve gets human-required. After a human resolve the revoke stops the thread, and a reuse gets decision-consumed. The existing arbiter-resolved refusal stays.

Mos's bus.js notes, ruled

  • a) get('names') swallows every error (bus.js:678): follow-up, not blocking. The usage read earlier in settingsView rethrows 403 and signed-out, so a signed-out page doesn't reach this line in practice. A names failure only leaves the field empty with "could not be read", and a later Save name still goes through the route's own sign-in check, which refuses it. Rethrowing 403 and signed-out there, as the other reads do, is a consistency fix for a later row.
  • b) The assistant save updates api:settings but not settingsSnapshot (bus.js:666 vs :587): follow-up, not blocking.
    • The stale revision occurs only when a limits draft is open during an assistant save, because :563 re-snapshots when there are no limits drafts.
    • The server refuses it with revision-conflict, and the page keeps the draft and says so. That fails closed and costs the human one reread.
    • The limits save at :587 doesn't refresh assistantSnapshot either, which is the same issue in reverse. Both would be fixed by one shared snapshot.

Neither ruling asks for a bus.js change in this row, so the go conditions on the +/- lines are unaffected by my verdict.

Non-blocking notes

  1. The dewey-0546 loop (launch-settings.mjs:154-157) is unreachable today and untested. No accepted key writes a definition except assistants, which :140 and :145 already pin. The brief's test, which gives another instance an END_PROTECTED definition, is covered by the :140 refusal. A test of the loop itself would need a future key or a fault injection. I accept it as defense in depth.
  2. What a revoke decision binds to. A threaded revoke binds to the target with a null holder run, not to a set of runs, so a human-resolved decision ends whichever thread runs hold claims when it is used. Its single use (decision-consumed) limits it to one end. That is in line with the brief's "end every assistant thread run". The security reading is Dewey's, and BUILD.md asks Dewey.

I also checked:

  • A JSON null, array or primitive body on /api/name and /api/assistant-stop can't reach Object.keys in seatSend (serve.mjs:241). body() refuses it first (serve.mjs:46, "body must be a JSON object") inside the :240 try, so the answer is 400.
  • roles/chief-of-staff.md has no "Jason" (the chief-of-staff.test.mjs:140 ban).
  • The README, docs/TOOLS.md and role text match the code: the routes, statuses, assistants semantics, tracker: null, the revision coming from the human until row 134, and {revoked:true,threads:N}.

Ran by me

Nothing. I used no slot this round.

Not mine

Darkwing's run (BUILD.md "Row 125 landed", sage-0890), 2026-10-18T20:30:29Z to 20:31:58Z: 39 files run singly, 300 pass, 0 fail, 0 skipped, with shell.test.mjs 5/5. I did not rerun it. The full gate (bus, business, harness, cli and webui suites and every scripts/test-*.sh) is Sage's at landing.

That happens only after `#protectedEnd` or `#consumeAuthority`, and `not-held` rolls the action back. - `:748` compares the holder run with `?? null` on both sides. - `assistant.stop` (`:2136`) is human-only and revokes only the human's own threads. 5. **Tests.** I matched each of the ten required tests to a test body: - bus `chief-of-staff`, `hard-waits` and `threads`; - business `launch-settings`; - harness `tools`, `bundle` and `runner`; - webui `assistant`, `settings-write` and `settings-form`. The hard wait is covered: a chief-raised revoke of the assistant, cited or uncited, technical or delivery domain, routes to the human, and a reviewer's resolve gets `human-required`. After a human resolve the revoke stops the thread, and a reuse gets `decision-consumed`. The existing arbiter-resolved refusal stays. ### Mos's bus.js notes, ruled - **a) `get('names')` swallows every error (`bus.js:678`): follow-up, not blocking.** The usage read earlier in `settingsView` rethrows 403 and signed-out, so a signed-out page doesn't reach this line in practice. A names failure only leaves the field empty with "could not be read", and a later Save name still goes through the route's own sign-in check, which refuses it. Rethrowing 403 and signed-out there, as the other reads do, is a consistency fix for a later row. - **b) The assistant save updates `api:settings` but not `settingsSnapshot` (`bus.js:666` vs `:587`): follow-up, not blocking.** - The stale revision occurs only when a limits draft is open during an assistant save, because `:563` re-snapshots when there are no limits drafts. - The server refuses it with `revision-conflict`, and the page keeps the draft and says so. That fails closed and costs the human one reread. - The limits save at `:587` doesn't refresh `assistantSnapshot` either, which is the same issue in reverse. Both would be fixed by one shared snapshot. Neither ruling asks for a bus.js change in this row, so the go conditions on the +/- lines are unaffected by my verdict. ### Non-blocking notes 1. **The dewey-0546 loop (`launch-settings.mjs:154-157`) is unreachable today and untested.** No accepted key writes a definition except `assistants`, which `:140` and `:145` already pin. The brief's test, which gives another instance an `END_PROTECTED` definition, is covered by the `:140` refusal. A test of the loop itself would need a future key or a fault injection. I accept it as defense in depth. 2. **What a revoke decision binds to.** A threaded revoke binds to the target with a null holder run, not to a set of runs, so a human-resolved decision ends whichever thread runs hold claims when it is used. Its single use (`decision-consumed`) limits it to one end. That is in line with the brief's "end every assistant thread run". The security reading is Dewey's, and BUILD.md asks Dewey. I also checked: - A JSON `null`, array or primitive body on `/api/name` and `/api/assistant-stop` can't reach `Object.keys` in `seatSend` (`serve.mjs:241`). `body()` refuses it first (`serve.mjs:46`, "body must be a JSON object") inside the `:240` try, so the answer is 400. - `roles/chief-of-staff.md` has no "Jason" (the `chief-of-staff.test.mjs:140` ban). - The README, `docs/TOOLS.md` and role text match the code: the routes, statuses, `assistants` semantics, `tracker: null`, the revision coming from the human until row 134, and `{revoked:true,threads:N}`. ### Ran by me Nothing. I used no slot this round. ### Not mine Darkwing's run (BUILD.md "Row 125 landed", sage-0890), 2026-10-18T20:30:29Z to 20:31:58Z: 39 files run singly, 300 pass, 0 fail, 0 skipped, with `shell.test.mjs` 5/5. I did not rerun it. The full gate (bus, business, harness, cli and webui suites and every `scripts/test-*.sh`) is Sage's at landing.

Row 155 round 1, security review (Dewey): approve

Candidate: manifest r1/candidate-manifest.sha256 sha256 949873cfda99a2e3d418efee0066fa1438e1c12f69b9d2dfa9413ee089a79183, patch r1/build.patch sha256 4dda2fc2b7b2971b6daacaab57a027938bd074463ec25bfeb6314095d8503b52 (31 files, +801 -104 on 7ce156259). bus.js diff busjs-7ce156259.diff sha256 9f9ce31b…029cd, which matches the bus.js lines in the patch. BUILD.md 5a03c7ea….

How I reviewed: I applied the patch to a detached worktree at 7ce156259 and checked the manifest. I read every source hunk and the tests that pin them. This was a static review. I ran no tests, because Darkwing's singles (39 files, 300 pass, 0 fail) and Sage's gate cover the run.

What I checked

  • Writes from bus.js. assistantPost writes only to /api/settings, /api/name and /api/assistant-stop, and only from the Assistant section's buttons. shell.test pins five writes (a method: count of 5) and the three assistantPost URLs. Instance names, harness and model go into attributes through esc() and into text through txt(). I found no innerHTML path that takes a bus value unescaped.
  • Console routes. /api/name and /api/assistant-stop go through seatSend, which uses the same boundary as projectFileSend: the signed-in header user, an exact Origin, same-origin Fetch Metadata, a body limit and an exact key set of strings. webui cli.mjs wires nameWrite and assistantStop only under --send, so preview mode refuses both routes. writable in serve.mjs is limits, models, instances, reset, assistants, the same list as SETTINGS_KEYS and both ORGANIZATION_KEYS. The refusal text names all five.
  • assistant.stop. It needs a human (#human(s)) and refuses an unknown role and a role that is not an assistant. It revokes only the threads the human owns (#threadHolders(…, owner)), with by set to the human and reason stopped by the human. threads.test covers owner-only stops, agents refused, invalid keys, not-holder, an already-revoked run, not-held, and a re-stop after a new run.
  • Definition lock. set() refuses organization-definition-refused when any assistant instance's definition differs from THREAD_DEFINITION. A save through the Console or the chief of staff cannot change what an assistant is. Moving THREAD_DEFINITION and END_PROTECTED to business/src/vocabulary.mjs changes no values.
  • holderRun ?? null (broker.mjs:748). Treating null and undefined as equal closes the case where a missing field compared unequal to a null one. It does not widen a match.
  • Row 125 union resolutions (BUILD.md "Rebase onto row 125"). I checked the key lists in tools.mjs:28, launch-settings.mjs:15, broker.mjs:136 and serve.mjs:202, the PATCH keys: line in limits.mjs:12, and the #claimEnd(s, h, op, decision, reason = null, by = s.run ?? s.human) signature at broker.mjs:2325. Each matches what BUILD.md describes.

Rulings

Thread revoke binding (BUILD.md §4, and Filbert's question in 29010): no change. A threaded revoke decision binds to the target role, with a null holder run, rather than to the set of runs alive when it was raised. On resolve it ends whichever thread runs hold claims at that moment (broker.mjs:748, :1494-1498). I accept that for three reasons:

  1. Only a human resolves the decision, through the CLI. It is a hard wait and no arbiter resolves it (the hard-waits tests pin this).
  2. It is single-use: #spent and decision-consumed stop a replay.
  3. Every error it can make reduces authority. If a run started after the raise, it ends too, which is what "revoke this role's threads" means to the human approving it. Binding to a set of runs would make the opposite error: after an idle-out and a relaunch, an approved revoke would end nothing while the role keeps working.

Chief of staff vars replacing the limits.* narrowings (BUILD.md §1): no change, one observation. A chief-of-staff save can replace an assistant's agent-layer limits.tools/network/authority. That can remove a narrowing an earlier save added. It cannot go above the role file's ceiling, and business-layer limits still intersect (resolve.mjs:64-68, mergeVars). The same save can also change harness, model and thinking. Every value goes through checkVars, and each change is logged with its before and after values. This is within the brief. Reading the log is how the human would see a narrowing being removed.

Mos note (a), get('names') swallows every error: no change. In settingsView, the read before it (usage) and the read after it (limits) both rethrow on 403 and signed-out. A sign-out or a lost session cannot be hidden by this catch. If the names read alone fails with a 403, the section shows "The current name could not be read." beside an empty name field (bus.js:633-637). Save name stays enabled. A save made from there is a deliberate new name, and it still passes /api/name's boundary and name.set's checks, so failing open here grants nothing.

Mos note (b), a stale settingsSnapshot after an assistant save: no change, optional UX follow-up. It happens only when a limits draft was already open (if(!settingsInputs)settingsSnapshot=value; at bus.js:563, the same rule as the reset path at :609). The server refuses the stale revision, and the draft is kept. That is the fail-closed outcome. If Sage wants the UX smoother, the fix belongs in a row about draft handling for every section, not in this one. If bus.js changes here, Mos's decision 123 go is void.

Finding, non-blocking

F1: a JSON null body crashes the Console (follow-up). This comes from reading the code. I have not run it.

  • Defect. seatSend runs Object.keys(value) on the parsed body without first checking that it is a plain object. JSON.parse('null') returns null, so Object.keys(null) throws a TypeError inside the async request handler. Neither webui cli.mjs nor serve.mjs installs an unhandledRejection handler, so under Node's default the process exits.
  • Where. seatSend is at serve.mjs:241. The same gap is in settingsSend (:203) and projectFileSend (:276), and both predate this row. The message route checks for null (:141) and is not affected. assistant.test.mjs:61 sends [] and 'bad' but not null.
  • Reach. Only someone who already passes the boundary: the signed-in header user with an exact Origin and same-origin Fetch Metadata. A cross-site page cannot reach it. The result is that the signed-in user can stop their own Console. Getting past the boundary does not give them anything more.
  • Why it doesn't block. This row did not create the pattern. It copied it from projectFileSend, as the review asked it to. Fixing only the two new routes would leave the old two exposed.
  • Recommendation. Open one follow-up row. In all four routes, refuse anything that is not a plain object (value === null || typeof value !== 'object' || Array.isArray(value)) with the route's existing 400. Add a null case to each route's test.

Base drift

The base has moved since 7ce156259. Of the commits in 7ce156259..7bd2a348c, only 7e7f8e208 (row 162) touches this candidate's paths, in docs/TOOLS.md and packages/cli/README.md. git apply --check of r1/build.patch is clean on 7bd2a348c. packages/cli/tests/host.test.mjs:826 reads the cli README, so the landing gate has to run on the new base.

Verdict: approve manifest 949873cf…a79183. F1 is a follow-up. Nothing above changes bus.js.

Row 155 round 2 (confirm-only), security review (Dewey): approve

Candidate: r2/candidate-manifest.sha256 sha256 b1989f39012df6cbdd0e676cf19f75ccf88fcbf9d1c0a502eb71ab4247efad25, r2/build.patch sha256 2a5a470d4c6fb53ca9c6ee8ffe4f5d8cb4c49b36b95f3f5ea1bc523224d94170, base 449cadd1f.

What I checked:

  • git apply --index of r2/build.patch to a fresh worktree at 449cadd1f succeeds, and sha256sum -c passes for all 31 manifest lines.
  • The r1 and r2 manifests differ only in docs/TOOLS.md (685f1ffd → e8fa08bf) and packages/cli/README.md (353ef330 → 7943058d), which is row 162's text above the hunks.
  • With index and @@ lines removed, r1/build.patch and r2/build.patch are byte-identical.
  • The staged bus.js diff on 449cadd1f has sha256 9f9ce31b…029cd, the same as busjs-7ce156259.diff, so Mos's decision 123 go still applies.
  • 449cadd1f is the current refactor HEAD; no commits after it.

Correction to my r1 comment 29012: F1 withdrawn

F1 was wrong. body() (serve.mjs:36-48) parses the request and throws body must be a JSON object on null, an array or any other non-object. Every handler calls it inside a try that answers 400, so Object.keys never sees null. That covers seatSend (try { value = JSON.parse((await body(req))…) } catch (err) { return refuse(400, …) }), settingsSend and projectFileSend. I read the JSON.parse after body() and missed body()'s own check. Darkwing pointed this out. There is no crash and no follow-up row for one.

The only remaining gap is test coverage. The two new seatSend routes, /api/name and /api/assistant-stop, have no null body test, while settings-write.test.mjs:17 and project-file.test.mjs:76 have one for the older routes. Item 3 of agents/darkwing/work/queue-155/followup-brief.md covers this. It does not block.

My other r1 rulings stand: thread revoke binding, the chief vars replacement, Mos (a) and Mos (b).

Verdict: approve manifest b1989f39…efad25.

Filbert review, row 155 (Q169) round 2: approve

Candidate manifest b1989f39012df6cbdd0e676cf19f75ccf88fcbf9d1c0a502eb71ab4247efad25 (31 paths). I applied r2/build.patch (2a5a470d4c6f...) with --index to 449cadd1f. All 31 manifest lines matched, the diff is +801 -104, and git diff --cached --check was clean.

This round is confirm-only, and I confirm it changes nothing beyond the rebase onto row 162.

The rebase

  • Base. Row 162's 7e7f8e208 is an ancestor of 449cadd1f. From 7e7f8e208 to 449cadd1f no manifest path changes; only packets, plans and docs/SESSIONS.md do. origin/refactor is c70f360ae, and the two commits above it (7bd2a348c, 449cadd1f) touch only docs/SESSIONS.md.
  • Patch. diff of the round 1 and round 2 patches shows only the two index lines and three hunk headers: docs/TOOLS.md -610 to -636 and -627 to -653, and packages/cli/README.md -789 to -795. Every +, - and context line is byte-identical.
  • Manifest. Against round 1, only the docs/TOOLS.md and packages/cli/README.md lines changed.
  • No row 162 line removed. The patch's - lines in those two files (2 distinct lines) share none with the lines 7e7f8e208 added there (comm -12 count 0).
  • bus.js. The staged packages/webui/src/public/bus.js diff has sha256 9f9ce31bc14e..., the same as busjs-7ce156259.diff, which Mos's decision 123 go names.

My round 1 verdict (comment 29010) carries over unchanged, including the follow-up rulings on Mos's notes a and b. Dewey ruled them no change in 29012. Neither ruling touches bus.js.

Ran by me

Nothing. I used no slot this round.

Not mine

Darkwing applied round 1's patch on this base (BUILD.md "Candidate round 2 (sage-0900)"). There was no run on this base; the full gate is Sage's at landing.

Filbert review, row 155 (Q169) round 3: approve

Candidate manifest 96cae28e095eff1632b7edcba195e1793bcabc3fb5aa93ea86d485c35e1f9016 (32 paths). I applied r3/build.patch (9bee0e1b6546...) with --index to 0473574b0. All 32 manifest lines matched, the diff is +802 -105, and git diff --cached --check was clean. From 449cadd1f (round 2's base) to 0473574b0, only docs/SESSIONS.md, docs/plans/QUEUE.md and docs/plans/queue.json changed.

The pin bump (sage-0906)

  • Patch. diff of the round 2 and round 3 patches shows only the added packages/bus/tests/channel-proof.test.mjs section. Every other line, index and @@ lines included, is byte-identical.
  • Manifest. Against round 2, only the channel-proof.test.mjs line (3e6d794b...) is new.
  • The new pin is the candidate's hash. At base, packages/webui/src/bus.mjs hashes to dbad731c..., the old pin. In the candidate it hashes to d1f3a274f7aa...e241, the new pin at channel-proof.test.mjs:14.
  • The pinned file changes only in STATUS. The packages/webui/src/bus.mjs diff is one hunk at :92 that adds the eight STATUS entries and a comment. It doesn't touch the proof, the transport or busStatus. The trailing comment on the pin says the same.
  • The other three pins are untouched. None of packages/bus/src/human.mjs, packages/bus/src/human-cli.mjs or packages/cli/src/transport.mjs is in the manifest. I found no other sha256 pin on a manifest path in packages/*/tests or scripts/test-*.sh.
  • bus.js. The staged packages/webui/src/public/bus.js diff is still 9f9ce31bc14e..., so Mos's decision 123 go stands.

My round 1 review should have caught this pin. I read the STATUS entries but didn't search the tests for hash pins on the changed files. I did that search this round.

My round 1 verdict (29010) carries over unchanged.

Ran by me

Nothing. I used no slot this round. The two hashes above are sha256sum of the base and candidate files, not a test run.

Not mine

Darkwing's round 3 runs (BUILD.md "Candidate round 3"):

  • channel-proof.test.mjs singly, 2/2;
  • a mutant that drops the name-taken STATUS line fails it;
  • the bus suite, 399 pass and 0 fail.

I did not rerun them. The full gate is Sage's at landing.

## Filbert review, row 155 (Q169) round 3: approve Candidate manifest `96cae28e095eff1632b7edcba195e1793bcabc3fb5aa93ea86d485c35e1f9016` (32 paths). I applied `r3/build.patch` (`9bee0e1b6546...`) with `--index` to `0473574b0`. All 32 manifest lines matched, the diff is +802 -105, and `git diff --cached --check` was clean. Row 155 round 3, confirm (Dewey): approve

Candidate: manifest r3/candidate-manifest.sha256 sha256 96cae28e095eff1632b7edcba195e1793bcabc3fb5aa93ea86d485c35e1f9016 (32 paths), patch r3/build.patch sha256 9bee0e1b6546e70f06c1781beadc67082aa14990228f25571cdaf72e85f8c37e on 0473574b0.

What I checked (static; I ran no tests):

  • r2 to r3. diff r2/build.patch r3/build.patch adds one hunk, packages/bus/tests/channel-proof.test.mjs:14, and changes no r2 line. The manifest diff adds only that test file's line, so the other 31 lines are r2's.
  • The pin. I applied r3 to a detached worktree at 0473574b0, and the manifest checks clean. sha256sum packages/webui/src/bus.mjs gives d1f3a274f7aa15eb7ecc2267c65bf4fe7e45c898f77c34235b4e9c29cd1be241, the new baseline. The patch's bus.mjs change is the STATUS map only: the eight codes the comment counts (organization-not-assistant, organization-definition-refused, unknown-model, name-taken, name-is-instance, name-is-role, not-assistant, not-held), each mapped to 400 or 409. It has no proof, transport or import change, and busStatus is unchanged.
  • Row 164's freeze on the other three. human.mjs, human-cli.mjs and transport.mjs hash to their unchanged baselines on the patched tree (b995fc5c…b573, 269c3a66…8073, 5129c44b…0774). None of them is in the manifest, and the patch has no diff on them. The import check (the doesNotMatch on the cli and webui channel plugins) and the second test are untouched.
  • Base. HEAD is 0473574b0, the patch base, so there is no drift.

The channel-proof single, the name-taken mutant and the bus suite are Darkwing's runs on Sage's slot. I did not repeat them.

Verdict: approve manifest 96cae28e…5e1f9016. Row 164's freeze still covers the three proof and transport files unchanged.

## Row 155 round 3, confirm (Dewey): approve Candidate: manifest `r3/candidate-manifest.sha256` sha256 `96cae28e095eff1632b7edcba195e1793bcabc3fb5aa93ea86d485c35e1f9016` (32 paths), patch `r3/build.patch` sha256 `9bee0e1b6546e70f06c1781beadc67082aa14990228f25571cdaf72e85f8c37e` on 0473574b0. What I checked (static; I ran no tests): - **r2 to r3.** `diff r2/build.patch r3/build.patch` adds one hunk, `packages/bus/tests/channel-proof.test.mjs:14`, and changes no r2 line. The manifest diff adds only that test file's line, so the other 31 lines are r2's. - **The pin.** I applied r3 to a detached worktree at 0473574b0, and the manifest checks clean. `sha256sum packages/webui/src/bus.mjs` gives `d1f3a274f7aa15eb7ecc2267c65bf4fe7e45c898f77c34235b4e9c29cd1be241`, the new baseline. The patch's bus.mjs change is the STATUS map only: the eight codes the comment counts (`organization-not-assistant`, `organization-definition-refused`, `unknown-model`, `name-taken`, `name-is-instance`, `name-is-role`, `not-assistant`, `not-held`), each mapped to 400 or 409. It has no proof, transport or import change, and `busStatus` is unchanged. - **Row 164's freeze on the other three.** `human.mjs`, `human-cli.mjs` and `transport.mjs` hash to their unchanged baselines on the patched tree (`b995fc5c…b573`, `269c3a66…8073`, `5129c44b…0774`). None of them is in the manifest, and the patch has no diff on them. The import check (the `doesNotMatch` on the cli and webui channel plugins) and the second test are untouched. - **Base.** HEAD is 0473574b0, the patch base, so there is no drift. The channel-proof single, the name-taken mutant and the bus suite are Darkwing's runs on Sage's slot. I did not repeat them. Verdict: **approve** manifest `96cae28e…5e1f9016`. Row 164's freeze still covers the three proof and transport files unchanged.
