PUB-REC-FILBERT-CLOSEOUT-1 — documentation closeout verdict
Reviewer: Filbert (independent). Coordinator: Darkwing. Trial #1497, docs-only closeout. My prior final verdict is included here as an evidence receipt, byte-unchanged; this closeout review is a factual verification of status/receipt documents, not a self-review of new implementation.
Verdict: APPROVED
Six frozen closeout units at /tmp/pub-rec-closeout-review-ef7gm069, manifest SHA-256 2da95540036c90f281eb57b7713373c556872eeed451609c3003589814846525; all six hashes verified before and after review; snapshot unchanged. No source changes, shared-log writes while frozen, real launches, private reads, config edits, or deployment.
Independently verified facts
- Publication commit
29c1defe29e5793022e1d3820b265bfc0f7f628a(parent3b7fd19d…) changed exactly the 92 approved units: the committed path set equals the final inventory plus the two metadata units, with nothing extra and nothing omitted. Every committed file byte-matches the frozen final snapshot/tmp/pub-rec-final-review-f5br4ch4; both metadata units byte-match their durable copies. - Push verified independently: fresh
git ls-remote origin refs/heads/refactorreturns the full publication SHA. No force push or other-branch motion appears in the history between baseline and publication. - Committed-tree fixtures: I extracted
git archive 29c1defeinto a disposable tree and reran both suites — 5 tests, 5 pass, 0 fail, exit 0 — independently reproducing the coordinator's committed-tree result (his log/tmp/pub-rec-committed-fixtures.logshows the same). - Whitespace qualification verified precisely and honestly: the full check between baseline and publication returns exit 2 with 187 diagnostics, every one confined to the three upstream OFL notices (93 CRLF lines each in DM Sans and IBM Plex Sans, one trailing-space line in Manrope; all three carry the upstream trailing space on line 21). The path-scoped check excluding only those three files has zero findings. The licensed bytes were retained exactly as reviewed rather than normalized. Consistent with the receipt's instruction, the full whitespace check is reported here as NOT passing, with this qualification — not as green.
- Closeout deltas versus the committed versions are documentation-only and accurate: CURRENT.md sets the next action to presenting the trial to Jason with no closure or registry resumption before acceptance; the BUILD-LOG phase entry records the publication facts and keeps the earlier disposable-mode failure and my wrong-directory attempt documented as not-counted-green; the SESSIONS line registers my final verdict accurately; the trial-plan gates now read complete with exact identities and owner acceptance pending.
- The closeout copy of my final verdict byte-matches my live file.
- Identifier scan of the added closeout lines: zero UUIDs, hosted links, home paths, token shapes, or
.pireferences; the receipt's zero-UUID claim for added lines is true. - Qualifications preserved as required: bounded single-trial recovery limits (owner-reported restart, inferred resume mode, worker-reported run count), WUI pending-acceptance label, drift exclusions (executive-update change, ms-agent-watch deletion, untracked skills stay local), live-launch readiness not established by publication tests, R1 rejection and failed fixture attempts retained in the record.
Conditions
- Register the six units as reviewed (
2da95540…) after pin release, exactly as planned; any byte change requires re-review. - The handoff to Jason stands as documented: bounded publication plus planned-recovery trial, #1497 open until he accepts or names a failed criterion. No owner acceptance is inferred by this verdict, and none of it advances held queues (registry, C1, ACT-1).
