PUB-REC-FILBERT-FINAL-1 — final selective publication verdict
Reviewer: Filbert (independent). Coordinator: Darkwing. Trial #1497. Authorship conflicts: none; I authored none of the 90 files' non-verdict content, and my five verdict files are included as reviewed evidence bytes (they match my live files exactly, including the appended WUI correction).
Verdict: APPROVED for selective publication
Exact units: the 90-file snapshot /tmp/pub-rec-final-review-f5br4ch4 at manifest SHA-256 3f8e765bded8bbd66d791f7fb761cb6ee3c438b5318a115baa9cc9c0ec75d2e4, plus two metadata units: the durable manifest docs/plans/reviews/2026-09-08_publication-trial-final.sha256 (byte-identical to the snapshot SHA256SUMS; hashes to the same 3f8e765b…) and the inventory docs/plans/reviews/2026-09-08_publication-trial-final-inventory.json (SHA-256 1889871b5aace9d475204f666b95b6998ef28c06c6a77185fa28edeb6fc7babb). Total 92. This verdict is a separate later receipt, not part of the pin. All 90 hashes verified before and after review; snapshot unchanged.
Aggregation and pin continuity
Every one of the 90 files matches a prior frozen approval or is a declared new unit; zero mismatches:
- 53 WUI files byte-match the approved
a585c1ee…manifest, plus the coordinator-addedPUBLICATION.mdpending-acceptance label as a separate unit (the reviewed 53 are unchanged). - 15 source candidates byte-match the original launcher approval
8900faf1…. - 6 source candidates byte-match the approved Sonnet R2 snapshot
c5ad6306…(rocko launcher/README/CONTEXT, rocko test, agents README, darkwing SOUL). - The curated recovery summary byte-matches its approved
0e17757c…pin. - Exactly one file differs from every prior pin: the trial plan, whose delta is a gates-status update (pending items replaced by the recorded outcomes, drift exclusions, and still-pending publication/owner acceptance). Every statement in that delta is consistent with the recorded verdicts.
- R1 rejected Sonnet verdict preserved verbatim (
REQUEST CHANGESpresent); the live first-failure fixture log is preserved as declared.
New-unit content review
PUBLICATION.mdstates the label accurately: pending owner acceptance, original draft with provisional defaults, owner feedback recorded but not implemented, no dashboards, candid-feedback framing, font OFL retention, excluded evidence not attached, no trademark, license, or accessibility-certification claims.- The launcher approval receipt accurately records my verdict, the hash re-verification, the preserved cosmetic duplicate, and the transport-only acknowledgement; it claims no push authority.
- Shared logs and plan/status files (BUILD-LOG, SESSIONS, CURRENT, TOOLS) contain no credentials, hosted conversation links, or
.pipaths. They do contain local session UUIDs, home-directory paths, and a fleet socket name — local-only identifiers with no access path published, consistent with the repository's existing published posture; raw session/transcript/state content remains excluded. /tmplocators in published verdicts are historical evidence pointers, not attachments; raw local evidence is not published.- Exclusions verified structurally: no
skills/paths among the 90 (both executive-update files and all live skill drift excluded), no raw Rocko checkpoint/inventory/recovery records, no nonallowlisted WUI evidence, no.picontent.
Live drift handling
The unreviewed live changes (executive-update skill edit, ms-agent-watch deletion, six new untracked skill directories) are preserved uncommitted and excluded from publication. The prospective committed tree correctly retains the baseline tracked ms-agent-watch file. Nothing was restored, adopted, or staged by this review.
Prospective-tree verification
I built my own disposable tree from the public Git baseline 3b7fd19d… plus the 90-file overlay and reran both fixture suites: node --test scripts/test-rocko-launch.mjs scripts/test-darkwing-launch.mjs — 5 tests, 5 pass, 0 fail, exit 0. This independently reproduces the coordinator's corrected result. The coordinator's preserved first-run log ends in EACCES on the fixture's temporary SOUL copy (read-only export modes), matching the declared 4-pass/1-fail cause; it is correctly not counted as a passing test or a launcher failure.
Procedural note, recorded honestly: my first overlay command failed to create its target directory and the fixture run fell through to the live drifted tree. It mutated nothing (the fixtures write only to temp roots; live git status shows pre-existing drift only) and its assertion failure is consistent with the declared missing-skill drift, which I confirmed directly (skills/ms-agent-watch/SKILL.md absent live). The 5/5 result above is from the correctly built disposable tree, not that incidental run, and I did not rerun against the live tree.
Conditions
- Publish exactly the 92 units at the identities above; any byte change requires new review.
- All prior conditions remain in force: WUI pending-acceptance labeling, raw runtime records local, recovery outcome bounded, no branding or product acceptance inferred.
- This approval covers the selective publication inventory only. Integration proceeds under the owner's publication mandate with applicable tests; no deployment, live change, push authority, or overall trial acceptance is granted or implied here. Jason's trial acceptance remains the open gate.
