Publication receipt and owner acceptance handoff

Verified integration
Filbert independently APPROVED the final 90-file manifest 3f8e765bded8bbd66d791f7fb761cb6ee3c438b5318a115baa9cc9c0ec75d2e4 and two metadata units, exactly 92. Coordinator verified every live hash before staging, exact staged path set, then exact committed path set and byte equality. No other change was staged. Final reviewer verdict is a separate later receipt.
Committed-tree archive, not drifted live dependencies: node --test scripts/test-rocko-launch.mjs scripts/test-darkwing-launch.mjs passed five tests, zero failures, exit 0. Log /tmp/pub-rec-committed-fixtures.log. This is source-fixture verification without model calls, not a fresh planned restart. Earlier independent prospective-tree runs also passed 5/5; failed disposable-mode/coordinator and wrong-directory/reviewer attempts remain disclosed in the final review records.
git push origin refactor succeeded from 3b7fd19d to 29c1defe. Fresh git ls-remote origin refs/heads/refactor returned the full publication SHA above. No force push, other-branch merge, deployment or live launch.
Whitespace diagnostic qualification
First full staged git diff --cached --check returned 2. Every diagnostic was confined to the three original reviewed font OFL notices: DM Sans and IBM Plex contain CRLF line endings; all three contain a trailing space in the upstream license text. No source defect or hash drift was found. Those licensed provenance bytes were deliberately retained exactly as reviewed rather than normalized. A path-scoped check excluding only the three OFL notices passed for every authored candidate. Full diagnostic log remains /tmp/pub-rec-final-whitespace.log. Do not report the full whitespace check as passing.
Exclusions and limits
Raw checkpoint/inventory/recovery, private state, nonallowlisted WUI evidence, changed executive-update skill and note, local ms-agent-watch deletion, and additional untracked skills remain local. Existing baseline shared-log identifiers were not rewritten; added log/status lines contain zero UUID matches. The prospective committed tree retains its baseline watch skill; the live helper still references a locally deleted file, so publication tests do not establish live-launch readiness.
WUI is a labeled pending-acceptance draft, not branding/design completion or dashboards. The planned restart demonstrates one bounded checkpoint recovery with owner-reported restart, inferred resume mode and worker-reported run count. No crash-recovery, authenticated incarnation or reliability guarantee.
Jason's acceptance
Review the published recovery summary and its independent verdict, the Sonnet launcher review, and the labeled WUI draft. The requested decision is whether this bounded publication/planned-recovery trial meets the agreed outcome. No further restart is required for this handoff. #1497 remains open until Jason accepts or supplies a specific failed criterion. Registry work, C1 and ACT-1 remain held. Review-byte pinning applies to the original publication commit; later append-only closeout records do not rewrite that evidence.
